At NBEAUTY COSMETICS, every product is handcrafted with intention, artistry, and a whole lot of love. Because my creations are made in small, fresh batches, all sales are final — no refunds, no take‑backs, no “my cat didn’t like the color” moments.
But don’t worry — if something arrives less than perfect, we’ve got you.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we’re happy to replace it.
To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info.nbeautycosmetics@gmail.com with:
•     Your full name
•     Order number
•     Clear photo(s) of the damaged or missing item(s)
Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.

Important Notes
•     Damages that occur after the product has been opened or used do not qualify for replacement.
•     Requests submitted after the 7‑day window cannot be honored.
•     NBEAUTY COSMETICS reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests based on the information provided.
